Frequently asked questions

When can I start storing after booking?
Immediately. After completing the booking you find the access codes for the building and your unit in your customer portal.
When can I access my unit?
Daily from 6 am to 10 pm, including Sundays and public holidays.
Do I need an appointment or a key?
No. You book online, see your numeric code in the customer portal and go straight there. There is no handover and no key.
What equipment is on site?
A hand truck is available at both locations. You park right at the entrance.
Can I view a unit beforehand?
Yes. Call +43 6542 218722 or email office@lagerage.at and we will arrange a visit. Photos and dimensions are also on the location pages and in the booking.
